on the m5, take junction 31 sliproad onto the a30.
at indian queens, take the a39 (a392) turning right to newquay.
follow the a392 until you reach the outskirts of newquay – and after the bp garage on your right, take the first exit off the roundabout signposted to the town centre.
at the next roundabout, take the first exit signposted to pentire - this is pentire road (with the golf course and fistral beach on your right).

follow pentire road for half a mile and take the second left into pentire crescent. the gated entrance to hatfield crescent is the very first turning on your left. number 10 is on the right of the gates - allocated parking is in front of the house.

number 8 the spinnakers . pentire . newquay . cornwall . uk
follow pentire road for half a mile and continue on when it becomes pentire avenue. continue towards the top of pentire headland - the spinnakers is the last large building on the right just before the pitch & put golf course (it’s next door to the pentire hotel). an allocated parking space & visitor parking are in the car park in front of the building. you can use the stairs or the lift to reach number 8, which is located on the first floor.
