we strictly only accept bookings from families or couples. we regret also no pets
no bookings can be accepted from persons under 18 years of age
we operate a no smoking policy inside the house/apartment

electricity, gas central heating, bed linen, bath/hand towels & kitchen linen - are included in the tariff
(nb. please bring your own beach towels)
for 2 week stays, there will be a linen change half way through the tenancy
an additional Z-Bed,  travel cot, high chair and baby bath are available (on request) at no extra charge

weekly bookings run from saturday to saturday (except by arrangement) and accommodation is available from 3.30pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow all housekeeping duties to be completed.

reservations will be held for 7 days - on a ‘first come, first served’ basis
